We want to thank your service department personnel. Recently while on a vacation in a remote area of the Adirondacks, our refrigerator quit working on gas. Since we we’re dry camping it was a crisis. After finding a location where a cell phone would work (high on a rock) I was able to contact your service dept. and explained our problem to a service tech. He walked me thru the procedure of bleeding the propane tanks. We returned to camp, followed his instructions and it started! The tech was patient and knowledgeable with me on the phone.
